Salary: Part time salary based on 18.5 hours per week. £13,204 to £14,311 per annum, rising by annual increments to £14,311.
Full time equivalent salary: £26,409 to £28,624 per annum, rising by annual increments to £28,624.

Hours: Part Time, 18.5 hours per week, working pattern to be agreed with the successful candidate but preferably to include Fridays.
Location: The service encourages flexible working and is open to flexible working options. The role will be based at either Dorchester Support Offices, Poundbury or Service Headquarters, Salisbury with the flexibility to work from home / DWFRS Stations / Support Offices. There will be a requirement to attend Service Headquarters, Salisbury and Dorchester Support Offices, Poundbury approximately 2 days a month for key activities and meetings.

As a Recruitment Administrator in our Recruitment, Progression and Workforce Planning team you will:
* provide HR administrative support primarily to the On-Call Recruitment team
* support recruitment activities, including pre-employment checks, and the progression of job vacancies, external and internal, liaising with Recruitment Advisors and other stakeholders to ensure recruitment timelines are met.
* assist in the delivery of monthly On-Call staff recruitment activities and represent the Service at recruitment and career fairs.
What makes you our ideal Recruitment Administrator?
* 4 GCSE passes - Grade A*- C / 9 - 4, including English and Mathematics or equivalent Level 2 qualification (including L2 functional skills), or higher-level relevant qualification, and be able to provide evidence of this.
* previous relevant experience of working in an administrative and recruitment environment.
* competent user of Microsoft Office or other software and databases to produce documents, reports, spreadsheets and emails.
Other Information:
* you must be able to fulfil the travel requirements of the role.
* a Standard Disclosure & Barring Service Check (DBS) clearance will be undertaken on the successful individual prior to offer of employment.
* any offer of employment will be subject to full pre-employment checks which include identity checks, right to work in the UK, medical and receipt of satisfactory references.
* we are currently reviewing our drug and alcohol testing arrangements and are likely to introduce pre-employment drug testing as part of the recruitment process for certain roles.
