Penbridge School is seeking to appoint a motivated Receptionist to join our supportive team. We are looking for a well-organised, efficient and enthusiastic person to assist in supporting the Office Manager by providing a range of administrative support and a reception service.
You will provide a friendly, welcoming, first point of contact for parents/carers, visitors and staff. You will have the ability to cope with conflicting demands, deadlines and interruptions whilst working to tight deadlines in a methodical manner.

• Excellent administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Clear communication skills and customer focused
• High standards and attention to detail
• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft 365
• GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/4 or equivalent qualification
• Experience of working in a similar role or educational setting
What the school offers its staff
Formally known as Penhale Infant School and Newbridge Junior School, we officially joined together in September 2022 to form Penbridge Infants and Junior School.The infants site comprises of a nursery with 24 places for funded 2-4 year olds and a 2-form entry infant school with 180 children on the roll including 24 in our Rainbow Fish Inclusion Unit.The juniors site comprises of a 4-form entry school with 440 children on the roll.
