A well-established national insurance broker with offices in Swindon is seeking to speak with an experienced Customer Service Support Advisor who are looking for the next step in their career.
Your Role
1. Sitting at the centre of the team, you offer a broad range of admin and support services to our senior management.
2. Prepare meeting notes and presentations, your ideas and skills mean a high quality output. We rely on your opinions and new ideas to make improvements to the way we work.
3. Having strong rapport with new people is important as you are the first person our office visitors interact with.
4. The standard part of your role involves answering queries via email and over the phone. You draw on your superb communication skills and ability to be detailed in written correspondence to help you deliver excellent work.
Your Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
5. Youll benefit from having at least 1 years similar insurance experience and be educated to secondary school standard or equivalent.
6. Work well under pressure and without supervision, you have an excellent attitude towards new challenges!
7. Keen and confident to prioritise and organise your own workload.
8. Happy to talk to people that you dont know over the telephone, keen to build strong, long-lasting business relationships.
9. Confident writing and constructing emails, letters and other correspondence as needed.
10. Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
11. Eligible to work in the UK
