Project Support Officer Duration: 9 months, fixed term contract Location: Glasgow and surrounding areas Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday Salary: SCP 23-26 ( 30,271 - 33,220) per annum Wheatley Group are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Project Support Officer to join our development and regeneration team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our new build development programmes, working on a variety of projects from inception to completion. Additionally, our Project Support Officer will support our assets and sustainability teams to drive our ambition to reduce emissions from our new and existing homes. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and coordination of new build projects. Work closely with our sustainability teams to drive our ambitions to reduce emissions. Work alongside colleagues within the development and regeneration teams to conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with regulations, and address any technical issues that arise. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all projects. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and practices. Requirements Previous experience of supporting project delivery, scoping necessary works to implementation. Previous experience working with a range of stakeholders, contractors and service providers. Previous experience engaging with customers in communities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent IT skills, with the use of Microsoft packages, such as PowerPoint and Power BI.
