Estates Procurement Manager
Are you an experienced procurement professional looking for your next challenge? A dynamic organisation is seeking an Estates Procurement Manager to join its team and play a crucial role in managing procurement activities for estates and facilities.
We are also looking for a generalist procurement category manager.
The Role
As an Estates Procurement Manager, you will:
✔ Work across multiple teams to provide professional procurement services
✔ Develop and implement procurement plans for estates and facilities management
✔ Lead tendering and contract review processes
✔ Ensure compliance with public sector procurement regulations
✔ Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement
✔ Provide expert advice and guidance on procurement matters
What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience in procurement, particularly within estates and facilities management
✅ Knowledge of public sector procurement regulations and best practices
✅ Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex procurement processes
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
✅ IT proficiency, including procurement and financial systems
