Job summary THIS POST IS FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT FOR 6 MONTHS DUE TO FUNDING An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at the Neurology Ambulatory Unit based at Morriston Hospital. The Neurology Ambulatory unit provides outpatient infusions and procedures for the Neurology service. It also facilitates certain Neurology clinics. The services provided are ever evolving and expanding so it is an exciting time to join the team. It is open Monday to Friday and is operational from 08.00 till 16.00 excluding bank holidays. Main duties of the job The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be a kind and compassionate nurse. Assist in the management and organisation of their clinical area and participating in the education, development and supervision of other staff members.
