Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and young people?
Middlesbrough Borough Council are currently looking for a social worker to join their Children's Assessment Team, the post is a full time position with a minimum of 3 months
Requirements
1. Conducting assessments of children and families to determine their needs and any risks involved.
2. Collaborating with other professionals, including health workers and educators, to gather relevant information.
3. Developing and implementing care plans to address identified needs.
4. Providing support and guidance to families to help them achieve positive outcomes.
5. Participating in case conferences and meetings to ensure a coordinated approach to service delivery.
6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with statutory requirements.
