**Key Requirements:**
* Proven experience in Liverpool and/or Manchester
* Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills
* Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques, with a track record of achieving revenue targets
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Develop new business opportunities and assist in managing corporate and leisure accounts
* Organise client meetings, sales presentations, site inspections, and mailings to establish and maintain client relationships
* Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
* Stay market savvy by monitoring trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to adapt strategies for continued success
