We are currently recruiting Class 1 Drivers to join our team in Wolverhampton. With various start times and weekend availability, this is a great opportunity for experienced drivers looking for flexible work.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Class 1 driving experience
Valid C+E licence, CPC, and Digital Tachograph card
Good knowledge of UK driving regulations
Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious
Pay Rates (Advanced PAYE):
Monday – Friday: £18.00 per hour
Saturday: £19.00 per hour
Sunday: £20.00 per hour
Standard PAYE rates also available!
Location: Wolverhampton
Shifts: Various start times available.
Responsibilities
* Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic regulations.
* Transport goods to various destinations, ensuring timely deliveries.
* Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is roadworthy.
* Maintain accurate delivery records and logs.
* Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules.
* Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
