We manage the advertising opportunities on a variety of street furniture products including Adshel bus shelters, Adbox newspaper security units and billboards, digital panels in shopping centres supermarkets, rail stations and on-street. Through this we have created a national network that reaches people in the public social space, drives footfall and generates word of mouth. The Company has a vacancy for a Project Administrator. The person filling this role will be required to display initiative and an ability to deliver flexibility and changed work practices in line with continuing changing demands in a very dynamic market. Position:Project Administrator Reporting To:Office Manager The Role: The Project Administrator will be a key member of our team, working across departments & responsible for the administration on a variety of longer term projects & co-ordinating processes between departments, including: Overseeing all administration duties on specific projects - this includes report generation, work schedules & liaising with the relevant authorities, suppliers, contractors & departments Working closely with the Management Team Build a strong & professional relationship with business partners, providing quick, reliable & accurate service to meet their needs Support the Management Team on reporting & daily tasks related to various projects Key Responsibilities: Work with Management team daily to update work schedules & project details Maintain accurate records on all projects & file all the details in a systematic & accurate way for all relevant parties to access Collaborate with internal teams & external contractors to ensure all project work issued is completed & records updated Manage all updates to H&S documentation & ensure this is communicated effectively to all relevant departments when necessary Co-ordinate the introduction & future updating of ISO & 45001 Ensure all actions within compliance calendar are allocated & completed by Operations team & Contractors on deadline Generate multiple performance reports for the Management team Prepare & update build packs inc H&S documentation for the Operations Manager in line with the construction plan Manage various internal databases to reflect updates to the portfolio & ensure accurate details Essential Criteria: At least 1 years relevant working experience in a similar business role 5 GCSEs at level C including Maths & English Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities & deadlines Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills (verbal & written) IT literate & confident when using Microsoft packages including Excel & Outlook The Person: Enthusiastic & proactive individual with a passion for project based administration Flexible approach to working hours Work independently under own initiative whilst having experience of working with others Awareness of the media industry in Northern Ireland, desirable not essential Self-motivated individual with the ability to successfully organise, prioritise & manage multiple projects Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment & adapt to changing priorities Comfortable working under pressure Accuracy & attention to detail Driven personality with desire to meet & exceed targets & deadlines Knowledge/Qualification on H&S would be a bonus Renumeration: Starting Salary £25,000 Structured Salary Review Annual Bonus Structure Payable Overtime 33 Days Annual Leave Birthday Leave Company Pension People Rewards Package Free Parking
