Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. This role involves performing various manual tasks to support operations and ensure the smooth running of projects. The Labourer will work closely with other team members to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
* Perform general site maintenance and cleanliness, ensuring a safe working environment.
* Operate basic hand tools and power tools as required for various tasks.
* Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts in completing projects.
* Help with the assembly, installation, or repair of structures as needed.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, reporting any hazards or incidents immediately.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a labouring or similar role is advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
* A valid driver's licence is preferred but not mandatory.
* Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing work conditions.
