Who We’re Looking For
We’re on the lookout for a talented Growth Marketing Manager to join our small, fast-paced DTC Growth team. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for helping scale the Tonic Health eCommerce business through major Paid Channels and managing the end-to-end creative briefing and implementation process.
Meta Ads is our core growth driver. A successful candidate will have strong, hands-on experience across the Ads Manager platform, with a particular focus on creative and everything that comes with it.
We aren’t looking for someone who has it all figured out. We are looking for a hungry, inquisitive individual with genuine passion to scale a high growth eCommerce brand beyond 8 figures.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and execution of DTC eCommerce Paid Social campaigns (Meta & TikTok), ensuring alignment with strategic objectives set by Head of Growth Marketing.
* Manage campaign budgets with precision, including ongoing optimization, cost estimation and performance forecasting.
* Ownership of the end to end creative briefing and ad implementation processes
* Analyse ad performance data to identify opportunities for creative testing
* Liaison with third-party freelancers and agencies that manage channels outside of Paid Social
* Assist with the day to day management of various technology platforms, such as Shopify, Triple Whale, Smartrr, Klayvio & more.
Skills & Experience:
* 3+ years Paid Social campaign management experience.
* Extensive knowledge of Meta and TikTok Ads Manager platforms.
* Experience managing the end-to-end creative briefing and execution processes, preferably for a DTC brand.
* Proficient with Excel / Google Sheets, and the ability to analyze large quantities of data.
* Broad understanding of all digital media channels, including social media, email marketing, influencers, UGC, blogs and paid ads.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.
* Strong management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, channels, freelancers, internal stakeholders and agencies simultaneously.
* Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Closely in touch with digital culture and social trends.
Job:
* Fully Remote
* Ability to travel to London for in-person session (once every few months)
* Salary 35k-40k depending on experience
