Job Title: Female PE Teacher Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Droylsden Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours 1 Year fixed term contract from September 2025 at Outstanding all-girls school Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £162 - £251 Per day Job Duties: Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Physical Education (PE) lessons Assess and evaluate students' physical abilities and progress Develop individualised fitness programmes for students Organise and supervise sports activities and events Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Degree in Physical Education or related field Experience working as a PE Teacher Knowledge of national curriculum requirements for PE Education: Degree in Physical Education or related field Experience: Previous experience working as a PE Teacher Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of physical fitness and sports techniques Ability to effectively plan and deliver engaging lessons Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organisational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Additional coaching certifications Experience working with diverse student populations Working Conditions: Work in a school setting Full-time hours Potential involvement in extracurricular activities and sports events All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
