This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and team-orientated professional to join the EMBA Programmes team. The role will play a crucial part in course administration and event management of College dinners, Orientation Week, Electives and Graduation. The role holder will therefore interact with a diverse customer base of professional students, faculty, staff, and university and external event services. As such, the Programme Coordinator plays a central role in the high level of customer service necessary to maintain the excellent reputation of Cambridge Judge Business School.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Course administration and event management for College dinners, Orientation Week, Electives, and Graduation.
2. Interact with a diverse customer base including professional students, faculty, staff, and external event services.
3. Provide high levels of customer service to maintain the reputation of the school.
4. Problem solve and use initiative in various situations.
5. Prioritise workload and multitask to meet deadlines.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous experience in managing small and large-scale events.
2. Excellent attention to detail.
3. Experience working with a diverse customer base from various cultural backgrounds.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Comfortable with technology.
