About the Role
As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll support our clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and enjoy a comfortable, safe, and fulfilling life. From assisting with daily activities to providing much-needed companionship, your role will be key in enhancing their overall well-being.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting clients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
* Preparing meals and assisting with light household tasks to ensure a safe and tidy environment
* Offering companionship and emotional support, helping clients feel valued and connected
* Driving clients to appointments or social outings, providing reliable and friendly transportation
* Following personalised care plans and keeping an eye on any changes in their needs or health
* Maintaining accurate records of the care you provide and any observations about their well-being
* Helping clients use technology to stay in touch with loved ones or enjoy entertainment
