Hours of work: 8:30-3:15 Monday- Friday
Monarch Education is recruiting for a school in Redland Bristol that is looking for individuals to take on a Behaviour Mentoring role. The school seeks someone who is confident communicating and interacting with young people and supporting them with their social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Responsibilities:
* Working with children in the classroom setting
* Managing challenging behaviour
* Working with students one to one
* Acting as a positive role model to students
* Taking an interest in and supporting the well-being of students
The School Is Looking For Someone Who:
* Has experience working with young people, this could be as a Sports Coach, Dance Leader, Scout Leader, or something similar
* Has a positive attitude
* Can engage children in and out of the classroom
* Feels confident managing challenging behaviour
* Has a can-do positive attitude
