Campaign Marketing Manager – Advisory (12-month FTC)
Base Location: Reading

Why Join KPMG as a Campaign Manager
The Campaign Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the development, execution, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and revenue growth within the Advisory function – with a focus on our Technology services and links into our Alliance partnerships. This would include our services like cyber security; data & analytics; cloud; and our technology strategy services.
This role requires a level of strategic thinking, creativity, and a strong understanding of various marketing channels and tools. The ideal candidate will have some experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns and working cross-functionally with different teams.
This role would suit a marketing manager who is results-driven, strategic marketer with some experience in developing client-centric growth marketing strategies. Strong stakeholder and team management skills and the ability to drive campaign delivery to impactful outcomes are essential attributes.
What will you be doing?
1. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and the business development teams across the Technology Services and our Alliances ecosystem.
2. Champion the KPMG brand and purpose across our priority marketing teams and our business to make sure that we stand out from the crowd
3. Brings a commercial mindset and has ability to spot the opportunity in the delivery of campaigns and projects
4. Delivery of high performing end to end brand, lead generation and sales campaigns – from click to client
5. Inspirational team leader and intuitive manager – creating a collaborative, high performing team virtually, across the country and potentially offshore
6. Future focused – ability to challenge, be challenged on key ideas and concepts, to foresee the potential impact and value creation of marketing activities
7. Some experience in developing value propositions for services and market-defining marketing campaigns, as well as effectively managing associated budgets
8. Identify target audiences and appropriate marketing channels
9. Create campaign budgets and timelines
10. Constantly reviewing better ways of doing things and leveraging tech and digital platforms to deliver high performing campaigns and activities
11. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., creative, product, sales) and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery
12. Leverage market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client/market behaviours.
13. Use client insights and metrics to inform campaign strategies and decision-making.
What will you need to do it?
14. Experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing/campaign management
15. Proven track record of developing and executing impactful and effective marketing campaigns – including events
16. Knowledge of digital channels, including SEO/SEM, PPC, as well as CRM [MSD]
17. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
18. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM software, marketing automation tools, analytics tools)
19. Industry knowledge – with the ability to develop strong internal and external networks
20. Experience working in a professional services environment would be a distinct advantage
