This varied Temporary to Permanent Accounts Assistant opportunity has arisen due to a recent team re-structure and will be based in a friendly, close-knit team.
What will the Temporary to Permanent Accounts Assistant role involve?
Provide efficient accounts administration supporting the Finance Manager.
Processing purchase and sales ledger invoices.
Performing bank reconciliations.
Ensure transactions are dealt with efficiently.
Weekly payment runs and dealing with any payment queries.
Credit control by phone and email.
Assist with month end duties.
Suitable candidate for the Temporary to Permanent Accounts Assistant vacancy:
Strong working knowledge of transactional accounts and finance.
Strong attention to detail and comfortable speaking to customers over the phone.
Good excel skills including pivot tables (or the desire to learn them).
Previous working knowledge of Xero is preferred.
