MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Data / IT Support 1.1. Cleanse databases and correct any inaccuracies. 1.2. Ensure correct and accurate input of information into databases and spreadsheets in a timely manner, and in accordance with timescales. 1.3. Collate data for reports using a range of sources as and when required. 1.4. To prepare reports for internal and external colleagues 1.5. To prepare ad-hoc data requests for the Operations Manager and Head of Operations. 1.6. The production of routine and non-complex ad-hoc information report analysis. 2. Administrative Support 2.1. Act as first point of contact for telephone calls 2.2. Maintain efficient day-to-day office functions such as filing systems, databases, bring forward systems, training log and communication processes. 3. General 3.1. The job description and person specification may be reviewed on an ongoing basis in accordance with the changing needs of the services and the Organisation 3.2. The post holder must take responsibility to ensure that they are aware of an adhere to all policies, procedures and guidelines relating to their employment regardless of their position within the organisation 3.3. Support the Business Information Analyst and operations team as required 3.4. Prioritise, manage and plan own workload to ensure PPCA data requests listed in Appendix A meet their relevant deadlines 3.5. Manage own day to day workload, exercising judgement to determine priorities and make adjustments and changes to workload to accommodate urgent requests. 4. Education and Qualifications 4.1. Good level of general education 3 A Levels Grades A* to C or equivalent 4.2. Strong numeracy skills
