About the role
This is an exciting time to join the Boots Transformation team and support major change programmes across Finance, Digital and wider Boots and No7 business teams. The Process Governance Manager will govern Boots Capability models and ARIS Process tooling as we expand its application across business programmes and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordination of Process Governance and Change Management across Boots' Enterprise Business Models
2. Manage the Governance Board; agenda, attendees and change requests; liaising with Head of Transformation, Senior Process Owners, Enterprise Architecture, Process Leads and wider ARIS user-group to validate change requests, ensuring collaboration and review across impacted Programmes and Projects.
3. Implements and publishes approved changes to models
4. Owner of ARIS Process Mapping tool
5. Manage the process for onboarding new Programmes and Projects, including capture of new Programme specific requirements and improvement of the onboarding process
6. Leads the ARIS business user-group collaborating with users across Transformation programmes, Continuous Improvement, BAU and Project teams to capture requirements and ensure adoption of standard Ways of Working
7. Coordinates and delivers ARIS training
8. Owns the ARIS Software AG vendor relationship
What you'll need to have
1. Experience working in a Business/IT Programme or Project setting
2. Business Process/Workflow design and documentation using industry standard tools
3. Strong governance, control and change management experience
4. Highly organised with attention to detail and competent documentation/written skills
5. Highly application/technically savvy with hands on application configuration and administration experience
6. Confident communicator able to explain complex scenarios simply to a variety of audiences
7. Problem solving; ability to work through complex business scenarios to find process and technical solutions
8. Experience handling/managing large volumes of data
It would be great if you also have
1. ARIS experience
2. Experience working with 3rd parties, both software providers and/or consultants and contractors augmented into business delivery roles
3. Experience working with senior business leaders as well as hands-on business users
4. Design and delivery of tailored software training
