The Role
You will help organise the Manager's diary, handle email responses, and ensure meetings and schedules are well-maintained.
Duties:
1. Key administrative responsibilities, including depot inspections, site inspections, sourcing and ordering of goods, and reporting on incidents.
2. Assisting in the daily and weekly scheduling and management of the operational teams' workload.
3. Liaising with customers and the operational teams daily to resolve any concerns, difficulties, or issues, and recording all progress on our CRM system.
4. Regular use and updating of our various systems, including a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and Asset Management tool (Itemit).
5. Acting as support and deputy for the Regional Contracts Manager as required.
Candidate Requirements
1. Admin/customer service experience required.
2. Own transport due to attending meetings occasionally.
3. Proficient in using Word, Excel, and Outlook effectively.
