About the Role:
* Process Assessment: Analyze existing chemical manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks.
* Process Improvement: Develop and implement initiatives using Lean principles to optimize yield, efficiency, and cost savings.
* EHS Compliance: Ensure all process improvements align with environmental, health, and safety regulations and industry standards.
* Regulatory Support: Collaborate with regulatory and quality teams to maintain compliance with GMP requirements.
* Quality Enhancement: Implement process controls to improve product quality.
* Project Leadership: Lead and manage projects from initial assessment to execution and monitoring.
* Best Practices: Collaborate with production teams to implement best practices.
About You:
* Education: Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience/qualifications.
* Lean Qualification: Lean/Six Sigma certification and/or experience.
* Industry Experience: Experience in a similar role.
* Project Management: Experience working independently and managing projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering, lean principles, and project management.
