Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join a friendly two-office Cambridgeshire law firm. The Office Administrator must be prepared to do anything and everything to ensure the smooth-running of both offices. Duties will include managing the Facilities, Administration, Reception and Secretarial teams. As well as ensuring collaboration between the two offices, this role will work with the partners and support staff to manage relationships with clients, key external suppliers and providers. The Office Administrator will be responsible for assisting with Human Resources, Facilities and Information Technology queries, to provide a high service level to the partners to support the needs of the business. The Office Administrator's remit will be broad, including (but not limited to): Direct line management of the Office Services Management Team. Reviewing current service levels between office services and fee-earners i.e., current team structures, to ensure a high-quality service is being delivered. Liaising with suppliers including reviewing current service levels. Reviewing existing contracts when applicable, ensuring costs effectiveness and quality service. Responsibility for space planning and overseeing floor plans and desk allocations. The ideal candidate for the Office Administrator role will have strong office administrator experience from a law firm or professional services firm. Ideally, you will have an understanding of statutory requirements of relevant legislation applicable to office premises, and experience of business continuity processes. You must be highly organised, and able to handle confidential information with discretion. You will have excellent IT skills, be highly efficient, be able to multi-task and prioritise accordingly. You will have a 'hands-on' approach and be conscientious enough to work autonomously. Hours: The role requires 5 days a week in the office however, part time hours will be considered
