We are looking for an expert Principal/Regional Project Planner to join our Expanded team on work-winning.

Role Overview:
* Develop and implement Programme Strategies for clients, utilizing knowledge of processes and techniques essential for strategic planning and project success.
* Ensure programmes comply with project requirements, establishing logical sequences and adopting the most economical construction strategies.
* Perform pre-contract planning and work-winning processes, producing bid programmes and associated time-related information for tenders.
* Analyze performance data, advise on impacts, and recommend improvements.
* Contribute to risk, opportunity, and commercial assessments during tender bids.
* Present time-related information effectively using various techniques, ensuring high-quality submissions and presentations.
* Manage contracts for complex projects through independent processes and systems.
* Conduct forensic analysis of programme data and build effective client relationships.
* Apply comprehensive contract knowledge to align control measures with risks and optimize commercial opportunities.
* Develop and implement advanced project management techniques for use on complex projects.
Skills & Experience:
* Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
* CIOB Membership preferred.
* Proficiency in Modelling, 4D planning, Asta, and P6 (preferably both at a high standard).
* Experience with major projects.
* Ability to analyze data for reporting and forecasting.
* Skill in prioritizing tasks and assessing accuracy requirements.
* Lateral thinking to identify trends/issues in production data.
Leadership Skills:
* Leading project planning functions.
* Resource management, recruitment, development, coaching, and mentoring.
* Driving business improvements and development agendas.
* Maintaining programme and related materials.
* Ensuring high-quality, accurate work output.
