Business Development Manager – HVAC Products\n\nJob Title: Business Development Manager – Mechanical Ventilation Products\n\nIndustry Sector: Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Manager, HVAC, Mechanical Ventilation, Ventilation Products, Ventilation Systems, Air Handling Units, Ventilation, Extract Fans, Ducting, Heat Recovery, Heat Recovery Units, Boilers, Fans, Attenuation Units, HVAC, M&E Consultant, M&E Contractor, M&E, Building Services, Building Services Consultants, Contractors, Main Contractor, Housing Developers, Housebuilders, Developers, Residential Housing, Social Housing\n\nArea to be covered: National\n\nRemuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 + 20% bonus\n\nBenefits: electric company car or £450 car allowance + comprehensive benefits package\n\nThe role of the Business Development Manager – Mechanical Ventilation Products will involve:\n\n * Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of mechanical ventilation & heat recovery systems\n\n * Selling to and generating specifications with M&E consultants, M&E contractors, building services consultants, architects, contractors, specifiers and housing developers\n\n * Developing relationship with various national electrical wholesalers\n\n * Dealing with typical projects of around £50k - £500k depending on the size of the project\n\n * Projects could include high rise residential, apartment blocks, hotels etc\n\nThe ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager – Mechanical Ventilation Products with:\n\n * Must have sold to M&E consultants & M&E contractors, building services consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors (not essential)\n\n * Must have sold HVAC products such as; ventilation products, ventilation systems, heat recovery units, ducting units, air handling units, air conditioning, extract fans, heat recovery units, boilers, radiators, fans, extractor fans, attenuation units etc\n\n * Must have strong technical knowledge and capabilities\n\n * Genuine hunger and desire to achieve\n\n * Results orientated, energetic\n\nIndustry Sector: Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Manager, HVAC, Mechanical Ventilation, Ventilation Products, Ventilation Systems, Air Handling Units, Ventilation, Extract Fans, Ducting, Heat Recovery, Heat Recovery Units, Boilers, Fans, Attenuation Units, HVAC, M&E Consultant, M&E Contractor, M&E, Building Services, Building Services Consultants, Contractors, Main Contractor, Housing Developers, Housebuilders, Developers, Residential Housing, Social Housing
