As the custodian of the workplace experience for our client's colleagues and partners, your role will be to promote a community feel within the workplace environment while taking ownership of the following workplace facilities:
* Offices / desks
* Collaboration areas
* Break out & relaxation spaces
* Meeting rooms
* Communal areas such as lift lobbies / transfer floors etc.
Community engagement: You will base yourself within the business and be recognised as the "go-to" person for anything workplace related. The role is defined by working to the following key principles:

2. Take ownership of all services that support colleagues within the workplace.
3. Build relationships with key stakeholders & encourage interaction between colleagues and workplace teams.

What your day-to-day will look like:
1. Create a collaborative environment amongst employees across the workplace promoting Openwork behaviours and community engagement between colleagues.
2. Provide a welcoming experience for everyone as you establish a strong front of house offering.
3. Get to know our Client colleagues, interests, understand the teams and what will make a difference in their day-to-day experience.
4. Support events and promote activities that bring together employees from across different teams within the business.
5. Immerse yourself within the work profile of each business and which workplace features are most critical to their business success.
6. Be a promoter of Workplace technology, encourage colleagues to use online reporting of faults / requests and engage with CRE via the workplace app.
7. Be the "go-to" person for all workplace matters; answer questions and deliver effective solutions (utilising stakeholder network).
8. Ownership of meeting rooms including in-room technology (triage and first line fix), escalating where specialist technical support is required.
9. Establish relationships with key stakeholders across the workplace teams.
10. Become an effective bridge point between the business units, local / regional CRE and the Client end-user colleagues.
11. Be aware of any changes occurring within each business.
12. Support orientation of new staff as well as aiding staff visiting from other offices.
13. Oversee the behaviours and etiquettes in the workplace through ongoing monitoring, engagement, and communications with the various teams to ensure alignment to Openwork principles.
14. Support our Facilities Management team in responding to internal workplace issues including at workstations, meeting rooms, communal areas, etc.
15. Take ownership for locker management including the assignment, moves and changes and troubleshooting.
16. Undertake head count analysis and general observations to understand key peak periods, down times, and broader behaviours in the workplace.
17. Have general care for our Client colleagues, the workspace and proactively identify / report issues and help to resolve.
