Graduate Air IM&T Business Analyst
Location: Warton / Samlesbury (Lancashire)

BAE Systems offers a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements. However, on the Graduate programme, you will be expected to attend your site 3-4 days per week. This may change based on business needs. The hybrid working arrangements, including specific days for on-site or remote work, will be defined by your line manager.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Graduate, you will be investigating business situations to define recommendations for improvement action. You will be defining, evaluating, and describing business change options for financial, technical, and business feasibility, and strategic alignment while producing abstract or distilled representations of real-world business operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Managing requirements through the entire project lifecycle/service duration
* Capturing current business processes and creating new and potentially disruptive approaches to performing business activities.
* Developing models and diagrams to represent and communicate data requirements and data assets.
* Planning, designing, and implementing activities to transition the organization and people to the required future state.
* Ensuring methods and tools are adopted and used effectively throughout the organization.
* Validating systems, products, business processes, or services to determine whether the acceptance criteria have been satisfied.
Minimum Requirements
As a minimum requirement, you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any STEM or IT/Business related degree subject.
