We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Family Hub team Our Family Hubs are a local support centre for families with children and young people aged 0-19 years, (aged 25 with Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND)). They are a place: to get help, information, advice, guidance and support to overcome difficulties and build stronger relationships. that provides a multiagency offer that can be accessed face to face or virtually. You'll be based at the nearest Family Hub to your home address and be responsible for the processing of Household Support Fund applications. There may be an option to extend this position should the funding continue past the 31st March 2025. Main Responsibilities You will provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and supporting households to access the Household Support Fund.
