Job Description
You will be responsible for:
* Manage and ensure timely collection of outstanding debts.
* Process invoices, credit notes, and payments accurately.
* Ensure all transactions are carried out in compliance with legal regulations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth transactions.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
* Contribute to the team's objectives by achieving individual targets.
* Handle customer queries related to billing and payment.
* Support the finance team in budget preparation and cost management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
* A solid understanding of accounting software and databases.
* Excellent numerical skills with attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills for effective client interactions.
* Proven experience in handling sensitive financial information confidentially.
