Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organised and confident Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will be comfortable on the phone and possess strong MS Office skills. This role involves booking appointments for claimants into nurses diaries, ensuring smooth scheduling and coordination. Please note, this is not a cold calling position.
Key Duties:
Booking claimants into nurses clinics
Managing appointment schedules and diaries
Handling phone calls with confidence and professionalism
Performing general administrative tasks as requiredRequirements:
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisational abilities
