Job Description
* Customer Relations: Manage daily customer interactions, including handling technical queries, sales of parts and accessories.
* Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
* Sales Management: Manage incoming sales enquiries for both new and used machinery, providing a seamless purchasing experience.
* Administration: Management of CSR systems, invoicing, order processing, and general administrative duties for the director.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Office Manager should have:
* Previous experience as a Senior Coordinator or Office Manager.
* Prior experience working in the agriculture sector is desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
