This is a key leadership position within the Royal Devons People Directorate, tasked with shaping and delivering innovative workforce solutions. More detail about the role As the Strategic Resourcing and Workforce Partner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the Royal Devon has a future-ready, skilled, and engaged workforce. This is a strategic position where you will work with key stakeholders and experts across the Trust and lead the design and implementation of workforce supply and retention strategies, ensuring they align with the Trusts long-term goals and national healthcare priorities. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders, strategic workforce plannersand external partners to address immediate workforce challenges and prepare for future demands. Using workforce analytics provided and injecting your own organisational design principles, you will develop sustainable models that enhance staffing efficiency, improve job satisfaction and support the delivery of high-quality care. A significant part of your role will focus on retention, where youll design and deliver strategies that foster a positive working culture, support career development, and improve work-life balance for staff.
