Project Manager (Handover Process)
We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team based Sheffield, South Yorkshire.
Location: South Yorkshire, Sheffield - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required
Hours: 40 hours per week
What will you be responsible for?
As a Project Manager, you'll be working within the Severn Trent Water team, supporting them in the delivery and close out process for the STW scheme.
Your day to day will include:
* Heading up the close out process for the successful delivery of mixed civils and MEICA works on the STW and YWS Frameworks.
* When required, head up a team to deliver the work efficiently and within a tight programme.
* Input and awareness of construction programme and working alongside the project planner and Project Manager.
* Ensuring compliance with Kier processes and procedures via the Integrated Management System.
* Collate information on the close out process, chase suppliers and the delivery teams for the information and what is identified within the client's “Close-Out” process.
What are we looking for?
This role of Project Manager is great for you if:
* Extensive experience in the construction industry.
* Knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme and Risk Management and cost control including forecasting, actual cost, and value reporting.
* Good knowledge in producing, reviewing, and implementing Systems of Work for task specific items and close out process.
* CSCS Card.
* Excellent communication, people, and team management skills.
