Job Description
You will be integral in implementing a relevant and data driven Search & Visual Merchandising strategy, adopting best in class strategies and developing forward thinking features. We are looking to personalise the experience across every touch point and you will be at the heart of delivering that for each brand, to make the consumer’s experience feel as personable as possible. You will be a vital part in moving our digital offering forward and we need you to help be a primary driver of innovation, customer first and evidence-based working to help drive towards the group digital KPI’s.
4. Developing, implementing, and overseeing data driven, customer-centric visual merchandising strategies.
5. Managing onsite search, ensuring optimal configuration across fascias and enhancing the search experience.
6. Enhancing personalisation on site and app via search and merch tools.
7. Developing forward thinking features that will help us drive the performance of each fascia forward, in line with the Frasers Group aspiration.
8. Contribute new ideas into our Digital roadmap and manage these from concept through to delivery.
9. Promote a culture of experimentation, ensuring we are constantly iterating and evolving strategies with proven uplifts.
10. Analyse and Interpret A/B test results, compiling detailed views of outcomes, learnings and next steps.
11. Create and constantly develop playbooks of best practises to be used within the business to ensure consistent and scalable optimisation practices.
12. Use data insights, to identify customer pain points in the journey. Presenting recommendations on how we can optimise in these areas.
13. Working cross-functionally to optimise experience during trade events and other initiatives.
14. Help Build, develop and manage weekly reporting on key insights and actions.
Qualifications
15. Proven experience in digital optimisation, digital trade, analytics or related roles.
16. Commercial & analytical mindset.
17. Passionate about customer behaviour, optimising online experiences and an interest in wider digital practices.
18. Strong data driven mindset with a sound commercial understanding.
19. Experience in with Search & Merch tools such as Algolia or Attraqt.
20. Understanding of personalised algorithms and the effect on the customer journey.
21. Knowledge of GA and other analytical tools such as ContentSquare.
22. Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies.
