Gap Personnel is looking for a Production Operative for our prestigious client who is a leading plastic manufacturer based in Norwich NR7.

Responsibilities:
1. Assemble cardboard boxes according to production specifications.
2. Operate machinery and equipment to facilitate the assembly process.
3. Monitor the production line to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
4. Inspect finished products for quality control purposes.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
6. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working with machinery.
7. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
8. Report any issues or malfunctions with machinery to the supervisor.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to non-food production processes.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the production manager.
Shift Pattern:
First two weeks due to training purposes you will work on morning shift 6:00AM - 14:00PM and pay rate will be GBP11.59 per hour. After completing training, you will be transferred to night shift on GBP13.09 per hour.
Night shift hours are: 22:00PM - 06:00AM
As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include operating machinery, monitoring production lines, performing quality checks, and assisting with packaging and labeling.
