Head of Site Management – West IHC is seeking a highly skilled Head of Site. This pivotal role entails overseeing all aspects of day to day hospital operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and maintaining high standards of service across the site. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, major incident planning and business continuity planning and resource management, to include compliance with healthcare regulations, including health and safety and security regulations. Work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in patient services, ensuring efficient and effective hospital operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare management, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will engage with a wide range of stakeholders to achieve organisational goals.
