Junior Power Electronics Engineer
to work on next-generation
driveline components, including
inverters
and
AC-DC/AC-AC systems, for cutting-edge automotive applications. This role places you at the forefront of innovation, ensuring the reliability and safety of power electronics in high-performance
electric drivetrains. Collaborate with experts in the field, conduct rigorous testing, and play a critical role in shaping the future of automotive technology. Your main responsibilities will be: Failure Mode Analysis : Conduct
Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (DFMEA)
to identify and address risks during early product development. Standards Compliance : Ensure adherence to
Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
and
Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
standards, maintaining top-tier quality for driveline components. Testing and Validation : Create and execute comprehensive
Design Verification Plans (DVP)
to validate the performance and reliability of power electronics systems. Functional Safety : Apply
ISO26262 standards
to incorporate
functional safety
in the design and development of electric drivetrain components. Driveline Expertise : Leverage knowledge of
electric drives ,
automatic gearboxes, and
transmission systems
to enhance overall driveline efficiency and performance. Collaboration and Reporting : Manage and present test plans while coordinating with stakeholders (software, hardware, and rig teams) to deliver successful testing outcomes. You are... Experience, skills and qualifications required: Degree in Engineering : Preferably Electrical, Electronics, or related fields. Expertise in Driveline Components : Knowledge of inverters, AC-AC, and AC-DC systems is essential. Testing and Safety Standards : Proficiency in DVP creation, DFMEA, and ISO26262 functional safety standards. Power Electronics Knowledge : Strong understanding of power electronics and high-voltage systems. Collaborative Skills : Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate test outcomes effectively. Additional Information
