Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to all customer queries in a timely manner by email or phone whilst providing a friendly and professional service
2. Provide a complete airline customer service which includes changes, cancellations, lost baggage, complaints, claims and other queries
3. High degree of accuracy and skill in using systems and entering data including Amadeus GDS and Salesforce
4. Develop and improve processes and ways of working
5. Troubleshooting with customers
6. Other administrative tasks
What we’re looking for:
1. Experience of working in a fast-paced Customer Care environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail
2. Airline or travel experience
3. An effective team player with a “can-do” attitude
4. Passionate about providing great customer care with a friendly personality
5. A confident and professional telephone manner
6. Self-motivated, proactive and able to work on your own initiative
7. Managing your own workload and time, whilst developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues and customers
