The work on a diverse range of property related services across various sectors including residential, commercial, leisure, and rural development.
Role of a Senior Town Planner
In this role, you will provide expert planning advice to clients and colleagues within a multidisciplinary environment. You will take ownership of various planning applications, working across a range of sectors, including residential, commercial, leisure, and rural developments. Under the guidance of senior leadership, you will manage your own caseload and liaise directly with clients to deliver tailored solutions.

Essential Requirements
1. Qualifications: A degree in Planning or a related field (RTPI-accredited).
2. Membership: Chartered Membership of the RTPI (or eligibility to apply).
3. Experience: Previous experience in planning or development management within the public or private sector.
4. Skills: Strong technical knowledge of planning processes, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
5. Competencies: A collaborative team player with a commercial mindset and problem-solving abilities.
6. Full UK working rights.
7. A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
