Reflections are a dynamic and forward-thinking Training provider dedicated to creating opportunities for learners to excel in their Hairdressing & Barbering careers and are part of the Reflections Hairdressing Group with 2 Academies and 13 salons across Birmingham, Bristol, Gloucester and Taunton.
We are passionate about empowering individuals through education and supporting them into successful careers. We are currently looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Learner Engagement/Enrolment Co-ordinator to join our Birmingham team.
The Role
As a Learner Engagement/Enrolment Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our learners. You’ll be the first point of contact for young people looking to start a career in Hairdressing and/or Barbering, guiding them through their enrolment journey and supporting them into apprenticeships or full-time training programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage and recruit young learners for apprenticeships or full-time training programmes.
2. Support learners in securing employment or placements through liaising with new and existing employers.
3. Build strong relationships with learners from the beginning of their journey, offering guidance, support, and motivation.
4. Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective learners to understand their goals and match them with suitable opportunities.
5. Organise and lead welcome days, open days, and other recruitment events.
6. Collaborate with the Marketing Team to promote learner engagement and increase recruitment.
7. Work closely with the Director and management team to support continuous improvement efforts.
8. Analyse recruitment and engagement data to drive future strategy.

Essential Qualities:
1. Experience in working with or supporting young people.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
4. Passionate about making a positive impact through education.
5. Competent with Microsoft Office applications.
6. Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business.
7. Previous experience in the training or education sector (desirable but not essential).
8. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
