New Opportunity- Project Manager Our client is looking for a technically minded project manager to join their team. You will be instrumental in driving the success of multiple projects at one time. In this role you will work with a wide range of people to ensure projects are delivered successfully and to a high quality. The right candidate will have previous experience in Utilities, electrical or other engineering areas. As the new Project Manager, you will: Work with senior management and clients to understand project requirements, delivery timelines, and budget constraints. Lead projects, ensuring they are delivered within budget, meeting high-quality standards, and adhering to scheduled timelines. Develop project plans to guide clients and project teams, ensuring project objectives are clear to all. Continuously revise and update project plans to accommodate evolving needs and requirements, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to changes. Create and submit regular project status reports to clients and senior management, providing transparency and accountability. Assign project tasks based on team members' strengths, skills, and experience, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Support the growth of your team by identifying training needs and providing effective advice and coaching when necessary, ensuring their continued success and development. Requirements for this role: Previous experience in a project management role. Have technical experience in electrical, utilities or engineering fields. Understanding of various project management processes. Effective communication with all stakeholders, clients and colleagues. Strong people skills and an ability to manage a wide range of individuals with varying skill sets and experience levels.
