We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and compassionate individual.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting Dentists/Therapists/Hygienists with all treatments providing chair side support to a very high standard.
* Ensuring and maintaining a safe, clean and productive working environment in all surgeries and ensuring that all other nursing staff are maintaining the required standards.
* Assisting with clinical notes ensuring a high level of accuracy and efficiency at all times.
* Providing exceptional patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have.
* Maintaining accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans, using practice management software.
* Managing appointment scheduling and follow-up calls to ensure optimal patient flow.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the practice, including infection control protocols.
* Participating in continuing education opportunities to stay updated on best practices in dental nursing.
The Person:
* A candidate with minimum 1 year’s experience (Post Qualification).
* Someone with a Full Dental Nursing Qualification and is GDC Registered.
* Outstanding organisational skills, with an ability to multitask.
* Ability to work under pressure and a desire to grow professionally.
* Someone who is IT Proficient.
* A candidate who remains calm under pressure with a natural problem-solving personality.
* Outstanding chair side manner, with a patient-focused approach.
* A person with a friendly and approachable demeanour and a passion to help.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 21 per week
