The head office is based in East London, offering a hybrid working pattern, asking for the successful candidate to come into office twice a week. The Interim Accounts Payable Officer’s key responsibilities will include: Efficiently processing invoices in the CRM system with accuracy and speed. Reconciling credit cards and bank accounts to ensure financial records are always up to date. Managing a high-volume accounts payable inbox, handling supplier queries with professionalism and efficiency. Coordinating and executing weekly payment runs, ensuring timely and accurate transactions The Interim Accounts Payable Officer will have: Experience working in an Accounts department, specialising in Accounts Payable. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – being able to answer queries effectively and efficiently. Experience using ‘Microsoft Dynamics 365’ and strong Excel skills, with the ability to use VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and basic formulas.
