Role overview: As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be integral to supporting our premium clients in their recruitment activities. You will provide onboarding training for our recruitment tool and Staff Management features, review recruitment performance, and offer managed recruitment services, including candidate selection for specified roles. This role ensures that our clients maximize the value of our products and services in their recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with onboarding training, demonstrating our product platform to optimize recruitment outcomes. Conduct recruitment reviews for schools to enhance their recruitment success. Train customers on our recruitment tool, empowering them to self-serve in recruitment. Develop self-serve onboarding training resources and videos for Staff Management products. For managed recruitment services, support premium clients with candidate searches, including database searches and Tes portal advertisements. Review applications and conduct screening calls with candidates. Present shortlisted candidates to clients and manage client and candidate communications throughout the recruitment process. Maintain high productivity levels and meet service level agreements (SLAs) for clients. Showcase engagement and enthusiasm for Tes products, translating this passion effectively to customers. What will you need to succeed? Proven experience in meeting defined KPIs. Ability to demonstrate software products effectively to clients. Experience in promoting value through customer interactions and a strong brand image. Technical proficiency in using complex software products. Strong organizational skills and a high sense of accountability.
