This role is an exciting opportunity for a fast paced, experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive. You will be one of two Executive Assistants supporting the Chief Executive based in the Chair and Chief Executive Office team. This role is primarily focused on supporting with full and proactive inbox management giving you unprecedented access to the correspondence in the Chief Executive's inbox. You will be working exceptionally closely with the Executive Assistant focused on diary management. The role requires a wide knowledge of teams, topics and current priorities which will be fed into the team through the Chief of Staff and Head of Office. Frequent travel will be required around Hampshire, Isle of Wight and London to our offices and venues. This role is primarily office based with an average of two days per week working from home.
