Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all HR functions.
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
* Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievances.
* Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations.
* Support organisational change and development initiatives.
* Maintain and enhance HR policies and systems.
Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
* In-depth knowledge of UK employment laws and HR best practices
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
* Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
Salary £40K-£45K
