We’d love to have you join us Role of the Project Administrator The Project Administrator will provide essential administrative support across all functions within the Project Management Office (PMO), assisting with project management, procurement, document control, quality, health, safety, environmental (QHSE), and commercial contract management. This role offers excellent opportunities for personal and professional growth, allowing you to gain hands-on experience and a wide exposure to various project disciplines, with the potential for career advancement. Key Responsibilities As the Project Administrator you will be responsible for: Supporting project managers with day-to-day activities, coordinating schedules, resources, and documentation Maintaining project records, filing, and ensuring all documentation meets company standards Assisting with project data input and progress tracking, helping prepare status reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) Providing administrative support to the procurement team, assisting with purchase orders and vendor communications Supporting the Quality & HSE departments with documentation and tracking of quality issues and non-conformances Organising and coordinating project meetings, preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and maintaining project action trackers Assisting with the development of templates, processes, and tools to improve project administration and team collaboration Providing general administrative support across the PMO and project teams as required Our Ideal Candidate To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate will possess Essential Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and tools A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Desirable but non-essential Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) An understanding of project management processes or previous exposure to project environments is a plus An interest in the energy sector, particularly in decarbonisation, is beneficial Most important to us is that you are great fit for our team and culture, demonstrating behaviours aligned with our values.
