We are currently looking for a Carrier Supervisor to join our wider transport team based at our Distribution site in Leicester.
Reporting to the Carrier Manager, you will continuously improve the service levels, capacities, and costs of the Topps Groups strategic delivery partners to ensure promises to the customers are being maintained. You will be a key point of contact for internal customers, providing support for Carrier related enquiries.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Measuring the performance and service quality of multiple carriers
2. Support in the Ops calls, daily/weekly/monthly reviews as well as lead meetings in the Carrier Manager’s absence.
3. Provide analysis and data led insights to delivery related enquiries.
