Qualified Person (QP) Working exclusively with business that is going through some exceptionally exciting growth, I am now supporting them hire for a new permanent QP, based out of their South Yorkshire facility. The business specialises within advanced sterile products (aseptic and terminally sterile facilities) and is currently expanding product range. This has led to an increase in headcount, including at leadership level. In addition to this, the company is looking to bring in new equipment, is exploring new site expansion and is also implementing a new eQMS. The QPs are technically focused roles without people management responsibility but with the opportunity to get involved in a variety of quality related projects and lend expertise across range of evolving business areas. Whilst site presence is required during training, there will be flexibility to perform activities remotely due to the remote release set up in the business. However, given the size of the sites and expansion of the team, having some presence on site would be expected. Experience: Eligible QP status within the UK Experience in sterile manufacturing preferred but not essential Eligibility as an RP is a nice to have but is not essential Strong stakeholder skills with the ability to work in a small and dynamic team Willingness to travel to site for training period and on occasions as required If you would like to discuss this further, please contact Mark Bux-Ryan for further information.
