Vin-X is the UKs fastest growing fine wine investment company. We are going through an exciting period of growth, year to date we have doubled our turnover. We’re on the lookout for talented and ambitious sales professionals to join our expanding team of Portfolio Managers.
Our mission is to safely create and protect wealth for our clients by guiding them through the true potential of fine wine investment. We’ve been around since 2010 and now have over £30m of our client’s portfolios under management. As fine wine continues to outperform other traditional and alternative asset classes, we’re continuing to grow our team.
As a Portfolio Manager you will be a fundamental part of our business, building relationships with our clients and leading them through the creation and development of their wine portfolio’s. You will get to trade in some of the finest and rarest wines in the world.
Here’s what you’ll be doing
* Liaising with and advising potential new clients, guiding their journey from prospect to a loyal Vin-X client.
* Building relationships with your portfolio of clients. You will be proactively managing their accounts, assisting with queries, and working with them to create a fine wine portfolio that sees strong returns.
* Analysing data and wine insights to make strategic recommendations to investors.
* Working to monthly targets to achieve internal sales and customer service goals.
* Working collaboratively with other internal teams to deliver an outstanding service.
* Represent Vin-X at ad-hoc tastings, events and seminars.
What we’re looking for
* 2+ years of experience in a high-performing sales environment, with a good understanding of personal finance and investments.
* You’ll have proven experience in client-facing roles with a passion for customer service.
* Brilliant communications skills, both verbal and written.
* Organised and have good attention to detail — we thrive on efficiency.
* Work well under pressure, are self-motivated and proactive.
* Good IT skills, especially MS Office.

This is largely an office-based role based in Horsham, West Sussex.
